About Me...

I am so glad that you have found my site!  I am a caring person with a passion for my profession.  I enjoy helping others become aware of their inner wisdom, and gain clarity and balance in their life.   I feel that we all have inner wisdom that intuitively navigates us through our lives, but sometimes we get stuck in impacting life experiences, and this distorts our ability to trust that wisdom and release ourselves from negative thoughts and feelings.  I believe in the value that listening and feeling heard has on a person's ability to comfortably explore their thoughts and feelings.  I believe that all people have the ability to be their best in life, once gaining awareness of that ability within them.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Navarre, Florida, and enjoy working with individuals to find purpose, clarity, balance and peace.  I have experience working with individuals of all ages, children and adults, including working in metro Atlanta, Georgia at mental health outpatient facilities and organizations, as well as in conjunction with the VA Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia and Rockdale County, Georgia School District.  I am a graduate of Troy University, with a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology.  

My Practice is located in Navarre, FL on Highway 87 in the John Duncan Plaza.  I strive to offer a comfortable environment to encourage relaxation and exploration, as well as confidentiality.
